In February, I had the pleasure of sitting down at the Rosenbach Museum and Liibrary with the FABULOUS Allen Crawford (check out his incredible illuminated Song of Myself), to talk about Wile and Whitman and Mickle Street. We had a blast, and loved being apart of the Oscarmania surrounding the Rosenbach's current exhibit, Don't miss Everything Is Going On Brilliantly - now in extension through May 24th.
The Rosenbach Museum and Library is extending their exhibit on Oscar wilde and Philadelphia, Everything Is Going On Brilliantly, and as a part of that extension I'll be taking part in informal talks about specific objects in the collection. Come by, share a glass of elberberry wine, and chat with me about Wilde's 1882 letter to Mrs. Ada Lewis...written on the eve of his journey to visit Walt Whitman.
